The original Scarlet, within stumbling distance of Hunan Road and the Nanjing University area, maintains a large and loyal following, especially with the foreign crowd. The bar is busy every night of the week.

Often times, nightlife and clubbing in Nanjing are associated first and foremost with 1912. After all, this district of bars, restaurants, and KTV’s is easily accessible, open, and has some of the better known names in the city.
