Don’t worry, it’s a path well-trodden. Once you go into this small lane, just keep walking toward the mountain (leftwards) and you’ll find the path. You may or may not see this marketplace…
Once you see the bamboo thicket, we’re on our way…
The path will start winding and become pretty interesting. There will be little tracks that locals have made, but it’s advisable not to use them because we would be destroying the environment if we do so.
The road will begin to broaden. But don’t think you’ve arrived yet. At some point, after many curly-wurlies and much determination, you’ll arrive at the same place people arrive at by taking the Taiping Gate route.
