There are some legitmate games sold (i.e. not copies) but this is fairly rare and mainly for people who want to play on xbox live without being banned. Prices are about the same as elsewhere in the world ~350RMB+ ($50US+) per game. 99.9% of the games sold are copies and need a modded (hacked) console to run. These cost about 5RMB ($0.72US) per game.
