Your best bet for quality and selection is probably gonna need to be shanghai, check out shanghaiexpat.com forums, I think I’ve seen this discussed there before, I think the bigger problem is going to be finding the vinyl to actually mix, but best of luck and let me know if you find anything here locally

There is an awesome tailor about 50 meters up the alley from behind the wall - his shop is called “hong bang tailor”.
I get a suit jacket and 2 sets of trousers for about 800 yuan, all fit really well.

I bought mine at 风云电玩. It’s just beside the GuLou McDonalds. If you are walking out of the McDonalds, turn right out of the front door, walk to the first small alley (about 20 meters) and turn right down this alley. Walk about 10 meters and the shop is on your left.
