Hello friends…i can’t find it again…??? Is there any name of it in Chinese written on shop board or the same written sir coffee..!! Let me know !!
I’ve seen this place on the square in Xinjiekou right next to McDonalds by the big pyramid entrance to Fashion Lady - didn’t pay it much attention as it reminded me of the little coffee kiosks you get in train stations in the UK which are usually overpriced and sell terrible coffee. This sounds like the opposite - next time i’m back in NJ i’ll give it a try.
To my knowledge there are 3 Ah Sir Coffee Shops in Nanjing. One is on Zhujiang lu, just a few steps east of the McDonalds. Another is in Xinjiekou, in the big center square witht he pyramid-like structure and all the beggars. The last is near Nanda, on Hankou lu, just down the road from Vanilla Sky Bistro. The first two are very small and ahve no seating. The third is quite big and has a lot of seating and has (or at least used to have) wi-fi.
I know there is a Sir coffee store on Zhujiang Lu, not far from the New World Center Shopping mall..
I like that cafe too. but I think it’s too small.. anyway, it’s coffee is good, that’s the point.
where is this sir coffee shop ?? can you give me directions !!!
I haven’t tried every coffee shop in town, obviously, but Sir Coffee is definitely the best value for money. Decent espresso, good service, nice atmosphere, and very cheap - most drinks range from 5-11 RMB, much cheaper than Starbucks, Costa Coffee, or even Skyways (and the coffee is much better than Skyways), for that matter.
